There is something peaceful about them that draws me in….
So when I saw the Life Is Beautiful pattern book at AQC last weekend I had to buy it.
So many beautiful stitcheries !

2011 was the year I de-cluttered my sewing room, being realistic about the projects I hoped to "one day" make that in reality I will never live long enough to actually complete, let alone start! Roll on 2012!

The Free Motion Quilting Project
Would be a delightful block to begin with! I think Dragonflies are the new black!
ReplyDeleteI have done all these embroideries and all the blocks are pieced but all has been put aside for a while till I get some older projects finished. But Life is Beautiful is special to me and will definately get done. I really enjoyed the whole project - stitcheries and piecing. Margaret
